Ingredients
1 cup gluten-free oats
1/4 cup keto flour mix (almond & coconut) or gluten-free flour
1/4 cup vanilla protein
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 cup peanut butter
1 tsp. of cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/2 cup of chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well
Pour mixture into square pan (8 x 8) lined with parchment paper
Optional topping: melt chocolate chips with milk or oil and spread on top of mixture
Freeze for at least 90 minutes
Cut into squares
Thaw for at least 2 minutes before indulging
Store in freezer, good for 7 - 10 days
