A little about me …

Fitness + Nutrition Coach

After years of burn-out, in November 2017, I quit my career in non-profit and as an HR practitioner. I wanted to heal myself, so I got my health coach certification. I thought that would stop my weight from yo-yo-ing and manage my hypoglycemia.

But I was wrong. It wasn’t until I earned my Nutritionist certification that I learned how to eat the right foods to fuel my body.

In the past 5 years, I’ve helped 200+ women lose weight, feel energized and create healthier eating habits.

 

My secret? Saying no to fad diets, calorie crunching, and endless hours in the gym. And focusing on buiIding a sustainable wellness routine. As a proud Filipina-American, I believe that you can enjoy those pieces of crispy lumpia and late night tacos too!
