Serving Size: 14-18 bites
Ingredients
2 large ripe bananas, peeled
1 cup of gluten-free flour
1 cup of keto flour blend (½ almond flour, ½ coconut flour)
½ cup of chocolate chips
1/2 cup of organic cane sugar
1/4 cup virgin coconut oil (or olive oil or butter)
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
½ teaspoon fine grain sea salt
Instructions
Smash bananas in medium-sized mixing bowl
Add all wet ingredients to smashed bananas bowl and mix well
Mix dry ingredients in a small-sized mixing bowl
Add mixed dry ingredients to wet ingredients
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper or butter and flour mix
Using a cookie scooper, scoop single servings of batter onto baking sheets
Bake in oven for 15 minutes
Cool for at least 7 minutes and enjoy!
