Chocolate Chip Banana Bread Bites

Ketofilled Chocolate Chip Banana Bread Bites

Serving Size: 14-18 bites

Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe bananas, peeled

  • 1 cup of gluten-free flour 

  • 1 cup of keto flour blend (½ almond flour, ½ coconut flour)

  • ½ cup of  chocolate chips

  • 1/2 cup of organic cane sugar 

  • 1/4 cup virgin coconut oil (or olive oil or butter)

  • 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

  • 1 tsp. baking powder

  • ½  teaspoon fine grain sea salt

Instructions

  1. Smash bananas in medium-sized mixing bowl 

  2. Add all wet ingredients to smashed bananas bowl and mix well

  3. Mix dry ingredients in a small-sized mixing bowl

  4. Add mixed dry ingredients to wet ingredients

  5. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  6. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper or butter and flour mix

  7. Using a cookie scooper, scoop single servings of batter onto baking sheets

  8. Bake in oven for 15 minutes

  9. Cool for at least 7 minutes and enjoy!

Plate Method

Pair with milk of choice (that has about 8-10 grams of protein) for a filling snack.
