Fitness + Nutrition Coach

Like many women, I spent years battling burnout, yo-yo dieting, and frustrating stomach issues. In 2020, I left my EdTech career to prioritize my health, becoming a certified health coach and nutritionist.

Over the past decade, I’ve helped 200+ women lose weight and build sustainable wellness habits—ditching fad diets for real, lasting change.

Yet, my own gut health remained a mystery until I was discovered I had with IBS. That turning point helped me understand how to truly nourish my body and fuel my workouts, not just manage weight.

 

My journey inspired me to create Fit Gut Wellness, where I help others navigate sensitive stomachs without sacrificing fitness goals or food joy.
